Trouble with search function

Hi all, I’m brand new to Plex, looking for the ultimate replacement to Google Play Music (sigh). Please let me know if I’m in the wrong catagory.

I just started Plex a couple of days ago and my 7000 or so songs have been organized. Plex is on my QNAP and running 1.20.2.

I did a search of Plex (via my desktop computer) and it seems that not all of my songs are showing up. Or, I should say that I have to search more specifically to find songs.

For example, I have uploads of my own live recordings. The band is WANTED and they are mostly (not all) configured with the date, WANTED, and the venue. Like this, “2016_04_26 Wanted Monterey”. On Youtube Music, I can search just “wanted” and everything I have will come up. 39 tracks. In Plex, only 28 come up. If I add part of the date, say, “2016 wanted” all of the 2016 shows come up, many of which didn’t show up before, so I know they’re in the system.

I’m sure I’m missing something like a setting or something.

As an aside, when I search, I’m doing it from the top left bar. I type wanted and a few show up below. I hit search all sources and the results come up in a horizontal pattern with art work and abbreviated titles. The artwork is totally wrong but I don’t care too much about that.
Is there a way to have the results show in list format instead of grid, without abbreviations?

The android app is something else entirely. 10 tracks show up if I search wanted in “all media”.

Sorry, please help. I’m a noob. Thank you!
