Trying to add HDHomeRun, get "There was a problem...."

I have this tuner working on one of my plex servers but an attempt to add gets me "There was a problem adding the device: "

Executing the URL myself gets me:

Now, the one difference between the servers is the one that’s working is on the same network as the tuner and was added by auto-discovery.
The one I’m trying to add is on a different LAN. (but was able to successfully add a HDHomeRun Connect)

Any ideas?

Is this something related just to the Dual? The Connect seems to be fine and it’s on the same LAN as the Dual.

Tuners are found by broadcast packets. And those packets don’t cross subnet boundaries.

Right, but they can be added manually by IP, that’s how I got the Connect added.
When I try adding the dual’s IP, it does that probe and then fails.

I’m not sure about the dual. This is a quite old model isn’t it? I seem to remember that other users reported trouble with as well.

Yeah, it’s not one of the newer models. Maybe that’s why it’s weird and only working on the same LAN, perhaps it presents different when discovered vs manually added.
