I have an HDHomeRun Dual (HDHR3-US), which is connected to the same LAN/subnet as my NAS running Plex (Synology DSM7). The HDHomeRun works as expected with the Silicondust tools for scanning channels and viewing the video output. However, when I attempt to add it to Plex DVR, nothing is automatically detected, and when I attempt to add it by IP address, I get the following error in the logs:

[Req#19e] Grabber: No tuner key exists for device, couldn't obtain device status.

Any ideas as to what is going wrong or what else to try?
