Trying to remove a Plex Home account

I have been trying to remove a user from my Plex Home screen, and even if I tap the X (on Web), or Remove Library Access (AND Mobile app), and it loads like it worked, then refreshes, and it’s still there.

Why won’t this account be removed? I’m at my wit’s end here

Are you getting the confirmation modal after hitting the X in Web? If you have any adblockers or anything enabled for site may have to whitelist the URL app.plex.tv if you are using the hosted web app or temporarily disable it.
