Any specific Logfiles or just the entire directory? Anything to look out for?
Is there a more private way of getting the log files to you? It contains tons of what I personally believe to be sensitive information and I would not like to simply attach it to a public forum.
A quick “grep -I tunefind” in the logs resulted in no hits…
Just follow the instructions from the link provided and get the zip file (you can dm it to me if you wish).

In my case I am using the official plex docker on unraid. All clients roku, web, android phone and android tablet in addition to server are the most recent plex pass versions as of this weekend.
Web just started working. Android still nothing but not surprised there. Last 2 plex pass release broke alot. Home screen doesn’t update. Shows offline alot as well. Also podcast are beyond messed up. Do these things ever get tested or they just released blindly?
You need to be running 7.24.0 or newer (i.e. beta). Look in the “Related” tab.
BINGO… it’s there. Now what about Home not updating in 7.25? Is that a known issue?

I think it goes back to the original post of rolling out this week rather than available now.
Did you try a reboot?
Not sure it does to be honest. In my case debugging with Plex showed that the server side does try to do its thing but some other service responds in an unexpected fashion. I delivered logs and they promised to come back to me… So there is something else going on. Will keep you posted.
Hi can there be a support article created for tunefind that lists the requirements that are needed to be enabled for it to work, where it should show up, etc.

does it matter what AGENT is used for a library?
ie does it have to be plex movie/plex music/plex tvdb ?

For web, try signing out and back in. That’s what I needed.
I was hopeful, but no luck; but I’m also not near my PMS to restart it either (it’s currently running the latest PMS release).
for those who haven’t got it showing up yet, it took me a few minutes to find one, but below is a screens of tunefind on a tv episode so you can see what it looks like
hmm well i upgraded restarted disabled tidal restarted enabled it restarted logged out and in restarted logged out restarted logged in and still nada on plex web lol. also checked my fully updated apps on apple tv and ios and not there and yes i checked the movies on tunefind first and tried 4 different ones.
After upgrading from 1.18.2.2015 to .2041 songs start showing up in Plex web here. Not so in the iOS app so far…
And it only works on Movies and not TV shows.
And I just checked on one movie which shows one title in plex and tons of songs on Tunefind.com… strange.
It does work for TV but it’s also flakey; I hope to work with the devs on this but with the US holidays coming up, I’m not sure how soon this will be looked at.
Not strange; not every song on tunefind is going to be available via streaming – Tidal or otherwise. It is, however, broken if the song is on tunefind AND tidal and doesn’t show up in Plex.

For me it works for movies AND tv-shows.
Server: Synology Plex Version 1.18.2.2058
Webclient: only app.plex.tv (4.14.2) - all the best!
Web client direct access (4.8.4) unfortunately not yet. Does that come with a new version?
IOS unfortunately not yet - IphoneX Plex 6.41. - is there an update?

iOS 6.41 should work.
Are you getting a greyed out Related button or do the items not show up when you tap on Related?
