Yes! Thank you.
I had not come up with an idea to look for that under related button.
In the same boat on the Tunefind situation.
It doesn’t show up anywhere in the Plex Web app for Movies or TV Shows. There’s only Related Videos. I’ve toggled Tidal on, off, restarted, signed out then back in, etc. Still won’t show.
I did find it for Movies in the Mobile App under Related, so thank you @drzoidberg33!
However, none of TV Shows I checked are getting the Tunefind treatment so far.
I just recently got myself the Plex Pass, swayed by the Tunefind feature. Was pretty stoked, and I’m sure it’ll get resolved soon, but I’m eager. lol
Thanks for the feedback! Episode matching isn’t quite where we would like it to be at the moment but we’re actively working on improvements here - I’ll reach out in this thread once we have deployed some of these changes to get feedback.
As for movies, we’re quite pleased with how that is working but if you see any strange cases please shout out in this thread!
Nothing is showing up for me, not for movies not for epidodes… Nothing at all. Restarted plex, activated tidal, etc!! Is the feature up right now!??
What clients are you using this from? You’ve given us almost no info to help you through this issue so the more information you can provide the better help you can probably get
I’ve tried chrome Web Client (latest version), android mobile app (latest version), android tv app on mi box (latest version) and plex kodi addon (I think latest version there too).
Server I’m using is installed on Ubuntu via cloudbox, I’m on the latest public release. Tidal is it enabled in Online Media Sources.
I’ve tried refreshing metadata on Baby Driver (the movie used in November’s release post), but nothing shows up in any app
Working fine here – episode of Grey’s anatomy shows a Mumford and Sons track and Doctor Strange shows three tracks, and four tracks after clicking on View All. This is through web client (via https://app.plex.tv/desktop/)
On the iPhone app, I have to tap on “Related” to the left of “Extras” and “Trailers” above tech specs of the movie).
What version of PMS do you have installed? And this is for content on your server, correct?
It is my own server - I have PMS Version 1.18.5.2309 installed. I’ve tried Doctor Strange, no songs for me there! Do I need an actual full library metadata refresh for albums to start and appear?
Yes, try doing a full metadata refresh for one of your libraries.
tried refreshing metadata on the 4k library, songs are not showing up
It’s really weird
Do you have any kind of Chrome extension that could be interfering? Are you using the hosted URL (https://app.plex.tv/desktop)?
I am using that version yeah - I have tampermonkey enabled, one script to grab posters and one to rename seasons
Are you scrolling down far enough? Songs should show up after extras but above related movies…
Yep I am, all the way down - I’ve even refreshed the page more than once
Nothing there, as you can see… Do I need to make some changes in metadata? agents? etc?
