Turning subtitles off and on

I was a longtime Plex user but recently took a break for about a year. When I started using it again lately, I realized that I could not turn subtitles off and on for individual episodes. I’ve looked at every setting and I can’t understand why. Did Plex remove this functionality?

This shouldn’t have changed.
Just double-checked on my own setup… there I can pick an audio track / subtitle on the pre-play screen as well as during playback.
