It’s impossible now to choose no subtitle, or i’m I wrong. I try everything but you only have 3 choices now and no subtible is not one of them.

Where exactly are you missing the option to disable subtitles (e.g. which app/player, use case)?
I assume OP means this selection:

set this to “manually selected”.
This will cause no subtitle to be selected automatically on new videos.
BUT: if you already played a video before and you have selected a subtitle manually during or before playback, this selection “sticks” to the video.
In the setting - Player -
