Salve a tutti, da qualche settimana ho scoperto questo fantastico programma che ha reso possibile il riutilizzo del mio macmini di qualche anno fa messo in un cassetto.
Ora va a pescare, sul mio nas, musica e video e ho perfino preso un bel harmony per poter sfruttare al meglio il tutto.
Ora vorrei andare oltre e ho letto di qua e di la che ci sarebbe la possibilità di poter fare streaming dal mio decoder dreambox dm800 (sistema enigma2) ad, appunto, plex.
Alcuni post che parlano di ciò sono di qualche anno fa e dicono di andare all'interno di Video, Add Source e da li impsotare il tutto.
In realtà nella nuova versione non esiste l'aggiunta del source direttamente dal programma ma tramite il plex media server (lo vedo in alto vicino all'orologio) ma posso solo scegliere cartelle condivise...
Scusatemi se, forse, ho fatto un po di confusione ma veramente ci sto sbattendo la testa da tutta sera ( consideriamo che sono quasi le 3 ora... :blink: ).
Qualcuno ha avuto modo d'approfondire o sa darmi qualche dritta ?

Marusys Vu+ duo (Dreambox clone) with openpli 2.0 / streamproxy embedded.
In order to get Dreambox (or vuplus duo, azbox etc… any Enigma/Tuxbox streamer) to work with laika (plex client), please follow this (non intuitive) procedure :
Get Plex up and running… (either Plex Nine monolithic or PMS/Laika)
Go to “Video Channels” / Press “C” as “Contextual” menu / Select “Add source” / click Browse / select “Add Network Location” at the bottom of the list
Select Tuxbox in the dropdown list, and fill all data.
Go back to “Video Channels” / press “C” / then “Add source”, select “tuxbox://yourdata” in the list / Name your entry, then click Ok
At this step, you will see a new icon named in Video Channels
When you click this icon, you will see your TV Channels, and that’s it.
… It should be… 2 problems remaining with that setup :
The icon associated with the tuxbox entry si not persistent in Plex (Video Channels Section)
Not investigated for the moment.
Select a channel in the list works only for the first time, and… breaks the streaming function on my vu+ duo
It seems inetd (which runs streamproxy on the enigma2 device at port 8001 cf /etc/inetd.conf) does not respond any more.
Telnet vu+ on 8001 get “connection failed”.
I have to either to reboot the vuplus or kill -HUP for this process to continue to accept requests and run streamproxy…
