When trying to watch something from my plex server on my TCL TV through the plex app, I get the error:Playback error. Please check that this file exists and the necessary drive is mounted.
On my android phone whether connected to my local wifi or connected to the cell tower it says Something went wrong. It looks like something went wrong please try again.
When using the web player on my laptop, playback works fine, no issues.
When connecting directly to the files whether through the server or over WiFi, I can play any of the files on my hard drives without an issue.
I am able to stream videos from other friends servers on my TCL TV and android phone.
I have restarted the windows 11 server but still have the same issue.
I have reinstalled the server software and its still doing the same thing.
I have not changed any settings in plex that I can think of recently and this started about a few days ago.
