Tv app cant find server?

Hallo.
i need some help. i am new user from kodi, and wants to try plex now.

i have a home pc (windows 10) Running plex. with movies and tv series.
all runs perfect on my andorid phone, Ipad and One, HOme Tv box. But i have problem on my Sony Smart Tv, i have installed the Plex App, from andorid play store. loggin in with my Plex Free user pass, but then i go to My Media, and wants to find every thing, i just got a screen messages with “… Add your media to plex… go to … and download” But i have plex server running from my pc.

is something with the app in android play store ?
be cores if i run a test from the browser on the tv, i have NO problem finding the server. from local ip adress. the app just cant find the server

Your logs indicate you are signed in to a different account then the one on your server. The account on the TV has a .dk domain. Your server has something else.

i found the error
if i activated the account true plex.tv/link from my phone i got the error. i needed to activate the account from the server pc. all work now thanks.

Hmm. that shouldn’t matter. I use my phone to enter the link codes and it’s always worked fine for me. I would double check your phone and make sure you are being signed into the correct account. If you use multiple accounts, it may be signing you automatically into another account so the link will go to that account and if that one doesn’t have access to your server, it won’t work.
