The TV Box is a HK1 Max+ with Android 9.0
and the CPU is a RK3368 Pro.
Can’t find plex in the play store and if i google it and try to install it then it says Plex is not compatible with your devce…Does anyone know what the problem is and if there is a fix for it.

Yes, buy a compatible device.
These china devices are not certified for Google Play Store to my knowledge and/or identify the device as being a mobile device, which they aren’t. This brings the problems you are witnessing.
You might be able to sideload the apk after downloading it here in the forum.
