Tv Episodes not getting titles or descriptions

Hi

I recently updated my plex server, I update whenever there is a new version currently version 1.18.0.1944 (Netgear ReadyNAS) and since then all the TV episodes I have added do not get a title or description, the episodes are named correctly (e.g. Show S06E04 Episode Name.mkv) and the other episodes for the show are named in the same way and do have title and description but where added before the update so I know that is not the problem.

Has anyone got any ideas why this might be happening?
