I can look into the issue if you provide the following information
- country and zip code entered during DVR setup
- name of lineup selected during setup
- airing date and time and channel number/name
- the name of the series / program and what is wrong -what you see and what it should be
First I suggest doing a full manual guide refresh through server / settings for Live TV and DVR and on completion of the refresh, check if the issue remains. If not, provide the information needed to investigate
