TV Matching using theTVDB

I had enough of not being able to play videos, either not working at all or buffering issues, via Plex Cloud that I built a VPS server. I now have an issue that none of my TV shows are matching with theTVDB. They will match with the moviedatabase but that is not as good. I know the issue is not with the file names as I use filebot and they match successfully on plex cloud.

I know there have been issues with theTVDB api but it is working on my plex cloud sever and on their forum they seems to suggest that it is working at the moment. What logging can I enable to check what the issue is?

Is your VPS using Windows?

Did you disable IPv6 on your server? (both within Plex and in the OS)
If not, do it.

Thanks for your speedy response. My VPS is Ubuntu. I haven’t disabled IPV6. I’ll give that a go.
