Yes in your library settings you need to have it set to TVDB.
But in the specific TV show you can fine tune which ordering it chooses. There’s 3 options for TVDB. Aired, DVD and Absolute.
You can also set your library specifics again then do the Plex dance while making sure to clear bundles between removing and re-adding the show.
