TV Show missing metadata

Plex Media Server Metadata & Adding Files

Hello together

I’m trying to add the TV Show “Erased (2016)” to my library (IMDb link: Erased (TV Mini Series 2016) - IMDb) but it’s not getting the metadata for the show and looks like this:

Other TV Shows are working fine, the folder is named “ERASED (2016)”

Here are also my logs, maybe they can help

Hey for me it looks fine on my side:

Animes\ERASED\Season 01\ERASED - S01E01.mkv

In Plex the Animes:

Where else could the error be?

After restarting Plex and refreshing the metadata of the series, it worked.
Strange that I had no issues on other movies / tv shows.
