When I use Android TV to play 4K film source on TV, my NAS CPU takes up 99%. Can I play video directly through LAN without NAS decoding.
You need to figure out why the video is transcoding and avoid that situation if possible.
Plex Media Server version?

What the client - TV running Android TV, FireStick, Shield, etc?
Does the problem happen with just one 4K file, multiple 4K files, or all 4K files?
Make sure your server is configured for debug, not verbose, level logging (Settings → Server_Name → General → Show Advanced, not Settings → Plex Web → General). See Reporting Issues with Plex Media Server for instructions.
With no other streaming occurring, play the 4k file for ~30 seconds, then stop playback.
Wait 1 minute for the server to settle & collect everything.
Pull the logs and attach to the thread.
