Hello,

If Plex have this point, I buy lifetime plex. (It’s not a joke, this point are very bad for me)
It’s more problematic for anim series, and I want transfert my library on plex.

I read this :

Thank you for reading.

nobody have a suggestion?

Other than altering the Sort Title Field for the main TV Show Name entry, there are no suggestions to make.

When dealing with TV Shows there are certain ways you MUST name and structure your TV Shows. There are no ‘alterations’ allowed. You know how to manipulate ‘Specials’ - by their listing at TVDB or by adding them (named and structured according to the guidelines) and editing them yourself… there is no other way.

If you Name your files properly and Structure them properly they will acquire the proper Air Date (mostly) from TVDB. When a Special is intended to show up during the regular season’s Air Date run, it will do so from On Deck - just as it appeared On Air. If you’re adding a ‘Special, Special’ (one that requires hand editing that you’ve placed in Specials yourself - because you want it there) - you can add your own Air Date that will inject that Special Episode into the Air Date run, playable from On Deck, just where you think it should be.

DVD Order may, or may not work - or work the way you think it should. If the DVD order uses names in accordance with Plex’s Unwavering Standards - it may work… If not - It won’t work… It’s as simple as that. You can’t alter the DVD Order at TVDB (if it does work). It’s their way, or the highway.

You - along with millions of other Plex Users (estimated) - want Plex to change the way they handle TV Shows and have for years. Plex, for years, doesn’t share that view with users, and frankly, doesn’t care what users want - or think they need.

You obviously know how things work. Use them that way, or invent some work-around that works for you while maintaining a working TV Show. Your options are rather limited.
