Would love to see a TV Show Playlist feature that will allow you could add tv shows from your TV Shows database that would also allow for random episodes from each show to be shown in order of the TV Shows.
IE the TV show playlist would like below:
TV Show A
TV Show B
TV Show B
TV Show C
TV Show D
Where when shuffle is selected the TV shows play in order from A - D but choose a random episode number within that show.
I second that. I would much prefer to see the tv show as one entry vs. one entry for each episode.
Maybe the rule could be:
One example: I have a playlist for my favorite sci-fi movies/shows. If I wanted to see Battlestar Galactica, I would need to be okay with the playlist now showing 100+ new entries whereas I only want to see 1.

Yes please ! For now it’s pretty annoying to follow favorite TV shows : we have to rate it and then order by personnal rating. It’s hard to understand why this feature is not present yet when it has been for years in streaming platforms. Honestly, I don’t care, make this a “premium” feature and I’ll pay for it, but just do it already, please

Definitely would be nice. Something similar to Netflix or Amazon. Where you can add TV shows that you want to watch. Favorites list. Saved list. Or change the Playlist layout.
You might want to consider using collections to visually organize your shows like that. Their main purpose is organizing media while a playlist is just that, a list of videos/songs to play.
I will check that. I have collections for movies, but I wasnt aware you could make TV Series Collection.
