TV Show Recommended Tab Broken

Server Version#: 1.40.0.7775
Player Version#: Multiple Clients

If I enable either Recently Released Episodes or Recently Added TV it will break the Recommended Tab on that library on all Clients except Plex Web.

If I remove both those than the tab will load just fine. I have tried using Chucks DBRepair script with no luck.

How so?
Any error messages other symptoms?

Nothing in logs, even after debug log enable. It does list the hub url it tries to hit, i will see manually what that brings up… Visually this is what happens… the reload is after i enable recent tv…
