Recommended Pages for TV Shows are broken

Hi, The recommended pages for my TV Shows and Anime are broken and won’t load. When I click the library pages, I can still access those shows, but I can’t see anything when I try to use the Recommended page.

My Movies are fine, I can still get the Recommended Page. I’ve tried rebuilding the database, but I still didn’t get it to work.

Is there anyway to get the Recommended Pages back without deleting all my metadata or at least being able to backup my movies metadata?

Possibly the database needs to be optimized? ( in troubleshooting section of server settings)

Tried it, but that didn’t get it.

if you look at server logs does it give any indication of database corruption? ( search logs for “corrupt” or “malformed”)

Didn’t find either word in the logs.

I found this error in the journal during start up.

But I don’t think that’s why the Recommended pages aren’t showing.

In the hosted web app, go to
Settings - [Server name] - Manage - Libraries
Mouse over the affected library and click “Manage Recommendations”.
Which check boxes are ticked in the column “Library Recomended”?
(Maybe try “Reset Customizations”)

I reset them but I still didn’t get my Recommended page back. What if I deleted the library, then re-added it back?

Before you do, try this:
Settings - Plex Web - ‘Show Advanced’ - Debug - [Restore Defaults]

Nah, that didn’t work. Tried re-adding the libraries, but they both have the same error with the Recommended Pages. It’s only the TV Show libraries.
