TV Show Thumbnails and Season Poster not showing up - only Show Fanart and Poster

Hey guys,

simple error: My metadata is loaded successfull. Also my TV Show Poster and Fanart. BUT my episode thumbnails and season posters are not loaded. Any Ideas?

this is my TV Show Structure

Serien\My Show\Season 01\My Show - S01E01 - title.mkv
Serien\My Show\Season 01\My Show - S01E01 - title.jpg
Serien\My Show\Season 01\season01.jpg
Serien\My Show\poster.jpg
Serien\My Show\fanart.jpg

I use XMBCnfoTVImporter via unsupported Appstore.

It is an issue with plex that has been broken since November. The plex team knows of the issue and are working to fix. Last version of server that works correctly is 1.2.7

Where did they say they knew about the artwork issue and are working on a fix?

Ok so I’m still missing something.

Where is the part where a Plex dev has specifically mentioned that they will fix it?

I am yet to have Plex TV Shows load ANY posters at all. it loads all Metadata but no posters for anything in my TV show library. As seen HERE I bought the lifetime plex pass about a year ago and am really starting to regret it. This is such a simple thing yet no fix has been pushed out. I will also attach my logs that I tested a show with. “Dead Like Me”
