TV Shows are Labeled as different series

I have been using Plex infrequently for a short time. I just added a folder to the TV Shows library with some Big Bang Theory episodes. Initially, I added the folder and all of the shows appeared as Game of Thrones episodes. It downloaded all of the metadata for Game of Thones, but when I played an episode, it would play Big Bang Theory.

I did some searching and found that my naming did not conform. I changed my folder structure and it is now:

The Big Bang Theory
  Season 01
    The Big Bang Theory - s01e01.Pilot.avi
    The Big Bang Theory - s01e02.The Big Bran Hypothesis.avi
    etc...

As I was changing the Season and Naming structure, I noticed that The Big Bang Theory was showing up in Plex. This was encouraging and so I finished naming the 5 seasons that I have. When I finished, I didn’t see Big Bang Theory anymore. I now have one season each of: Pokemon Master Quest, Game of Thrones, Top Gear, Dragon Ball Z, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and a single episode of Pokemon.

What is wrong?!?!
