TV shows not showing up

Been using Plex for about a month now with Plexpass. All of my movies and music are showing up fine but I can’t seem to figure out how to get it to detect any TV series media files at all. All are .mp4 or .m4v files organized exactly according to the guide (https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200220687-Naming-Series-Season-Based-TV-Shows), e.g. 24 Season 1 is TV Shows\24\24 - Season 01\24 - s01e01.m4v.

I’m running Plex on a Windows Server 2012 R2 virtual machine, version 1.5.6.3790. Media is stored on a network share with a UNC path in the library settings.

That naming looks fine but you don’t need show title in season folder name. never put one there myself so not sure if it woudl cause problems

Can you grab the Scanner logs. it would hopefully show why deciding to skip

Attached are some of the last scanning logs, they don’t appear to have much information. I tried pointing the library to just the 24 folder, still didn’t work.

I’m stupid, UNC path was wrong. They’re showing up now. Thanks!
