Server not scanning all TV Shows directories

Server Version#: 1.24.3.5033

Running PLEX on synology NAS.

I have formatted my TV Shows as suggested but only some of the series show up.
All formats are m4v.

So on Synology I have a folder /Media_TV
I used that and it only found 3 of 6 (of which 5 are actual V shows).
So then I added the subfolders specifically (see attached) and it still did not scan them.
For example: Picard series never shows up.
Also: Discovery series has 10 episodes and only 3 show up.
I also switched to Plex Series Scanner and that did not help either.

You just want the main folder.

Use /volume1/Media_TV/ as your shared folder. Not the individual series folders.
