For some reason all media I have in movies and home videos work fine on all devices but TV shows only play on the Plex app installed on my macbook. Logging into my account through safari or apple TV will not play the TV shows media I have (all coming from a WD mycloud home) but play the rest. I tried re-creating my library with no change. Media types are similar in all categories. Thoughts on why this is happening?
