Ok I have a few TV Shows with Special Episodes, like Babylon 5, Babylon 5 on the TV Db
My problem is that I cannot get Plex to show the Movie/Special Episodes. It would be even better to have them listed in the Order that best sets them up to follow the full Babylon 5 Story line.
The best I have done so far it to add them as if they where Season 6.
1: this gives a blank menu item.
2: inside it has the wrong info for them. ie: pic and text. Fix Incorrect Match its greyed out.
I’m using the Samsung App for the TV and running Plex Server on my PC.

Specials are in general named S00E01… and will be placed in a special folder on the screen. On the computer you dont have to place them in a Season 0 folder.
This should get them scanned into plex with the correct metadata. Currently they're not placed in between regular episodes, but IIRC they were in plex 8 and the devs plan to restore this but I don't know when this will be. I would guess it would be with the player rewrite that is coming.
Any update on this?
Would love to see Specials placed between episodes. It’s driving me nuts having to go back and forth between regular seasons and special seasons to watch the “x.5” episodes.
Any update on this? I agree with @mattbisme I hate going to different folders or setting up playlists to for things like this
