After many years of continuous service, we have taken our website off-line for a while, to perform some much needed maintenance and improvements, and to expand our database and related services.
Just to be clear, this has no impact on Plex or associated metadata services. If you’d like to visit the high-value content at tvdb.com prior to this change, archive.org can hook you up. If you’d like to support TheTVDB, one of our main sources for TV metadata, you can find them at https://thetvdb.com.
I’m wondering, does The TVDB know that plex is a heavy user of its meta data? Why not include that in their announcement? I’m sure many plex users scrambled here to get the scoop.
