Two Airplay Rasplex on one Network

Hi,

Basically I have two raspberry pi's running rasplex on my network. I can only see one Airplay at a time because it seems they are named the same.

 

However I have already changed the name in the setting. still nothing... Please help me out as I would like to have them both running at the same time.

I would like to change the airplay name that comes up on my iPhone. It currently says plex home theater on rasplex. I would like to make it say Living room or Family Room.

This should work with the latest version. Older RasPlex versions had a issue (http://forums.plexapp.com/index.php/topic/65154-multiple-rasplex-from-the-same-server)

With latest Version do you mean the 0.1.39 Release? I still have the issue with the 0.1.38....

Was just going to update to 0.1.39 when I read your post in Releases about other issues with 38+39 suggesting using the 37 release...

Try 0.1.36 or 0.1.37. Please report some feedback to ensure it’s fixed now.


Edit:

I’ve just noticed you’re talking about AirPlay only… Just rename at least one RPi via the RasPlex settings. This should work with any version of RasPlex.
