Two AppleTVs, only one sees my server

I have two Apple TVs, both of which are 4K. What is the A1625 model, the other is an A1842. Both are up-to-date with the very latest tvOS and the latest Plex player (8.20 6066). For some reason, of the two, only the A1842 model can find my server. Every other gadget I use, including android and iOS devices, as well as web browsers, can see the server - only the lonely A1625 cannot. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, logging in and out, rebooting, everything, logging in and out of the server, nothing works.

I have also confirmed that all devices are on the same network.

I should mention that my Plex app on the A1625 is able to see my friends library, which is remote. It just hates my local server. Help!
