Apple TV can't find server on Mac Mini

Horrible way to introduce myself to a community, but I have what’s probably a super basic problem that is over my head. I’ve got a Mac Mini (2018) running Plex Media Server, and an Apple TV with the Plex app on the same wireless network. (Out of the box Xfinity gateway. No idea of model number or type… just got it last October?) Media Server is running fine on the Mac Mini, but the Apple TV can’t find it. Tried updating every application, reinstalling, deleting the server and reclaiming it… nothing seems to get the server to show up on the Apple TV. Any help from the community would be appreciated! Sorry to be so basic!

Server Version#: 1.31.1.6782-77dfff442
Player Version#: 8.16 (5285)

Are both the server and Apple TV client signed in with the same Plex account?
Are both devices on the same subnet inside your home network (some routers assign different subnets to wired vs. wireless networks)?

Thanks for the feedback! They’ve both got the same subnet mask address, and they both have the same Plex account.

Are the libraries of the Mac Mini server possibly listed in the More section of the sidebar?

Nope! I mean, the server is listed, but clicking on it just says that the server is unavailable.

Ridiculous solution: reset the router, everything works. Hilarious! I’m sorry for wasting everyone’s time!
