I’ll put it on shuffle, or play all. and it’ll play one to three episodes if I’m lucky. and the play’s next screen will freeze. I can back out, or select play and hear the audio from the next show coming through. But the display is stuck on the play next screen and I have to power cycle my Xbox one each time to get the plex app to work again. This is a constant issue that happens repeatedly. I’ve been hoping a update would come out and fix it. However now I keep getting prompted to update to 1.20.2.3370 from version 1.19.5.3112. I click the download now. then choose install. and it instantly goes to some connection failed message. Multiple restarts of the plex server, Several powercycle attempts later I get the same thing. I’ve verified my internet connections is good. I’m not having any other networking issues. Server OS is up to date.
