Two minor issues with desktop player

I’m having two minor issues with the web player.

  1. If I pause something for a significant amount of time, it will play up to the buffered point and then stop and act like it’s buffering. If stop and then start playback it will work fine. I check the server and there is no activity during the buffering time. It’s like the transcoder shuts down
  2. On occasion, when I first start playing something, it will refuse until I change the quality. Doesn’t matter what I change it to, but it has to be something different.

Is there some kind of issue with my transcoder?
