Two servers missing all of the sudden

Grab the server Logs directory (tar.gz) and post here so I can see what’s happening

Plex Media Server Logs_2024-05-07_22-57-58.zip (2.2 MB)

@Draculya

Did the server finally become attached again?

I should not see the filename as Plex Media Server Logs_2024-05-07_22-57-58.zip unless PMS itself gave you the ZIP file.

I was looking for the logs from tar cf Logs.tar.gz ./Logs (Logs.tar.gz)

The server came up but still can’t claim it
I have the logs in tar but it’s 32MB

gzip / zip it please or perhaps post it somewhere .

I’ll open PM so you can attach the download link?

This is how an existing server looks for me (my Unraid - GeminiLake machine)

Getting new credentials from Plex.tv
ERROR: Could not get credentials from plex.tv (Error: 60)

This error is what happens when there is a 2nd certificate trying to inject itself between PMS and Plex.tv

It also happens if the system clock is not sync’d with the internet time .

That’s it.

The time is correct in unRAID, nothing changed in my system and network… this happened in around 6h… went to bed around 2am with both servers and at 8h30am they were gone.
How to fix this?

Without having my hands in your system to see in real time and test other things then fix it, I have no idea what happened.

It might be the ISP made changes ?? There are too many possibilities for me to guess without hands-on

I was able to fix it…
It seems the issue was with the Unifi Cloud Gateway which I rebooted.
I’ll have to see why this happened and check with Unifi.

@ChuckPa I really appreciate all the help you gave me and will keep the script if I have any other issue
Thx again and my deepest apologies for any inconvenience.
