I have two sets of subtitles in the same language for a movie: one which was automatically downloaded by plex, and one which I downloaded myself. When trying to use the one I downloaded, both subtitles appear on the screen on top of each other. I have tried viewing the movie by using VLC and the subtitles I downloaded and everything works fine. Any idea what is causing this?
