Duplicate subtitles on VIDAA

Hi, I’m having the following problem: some shows show duplicate subtitles. Curious enough, the ones that are in the language I didn’t asked for, stay bottom when launching the player time control. Of course, these subtitles are not directly in the video.

Is this a known problem, has this happened to anyone before?

How have you verified that?
An already burned-in subtitle that’s part of the video seems to be the most obvious explanation of what you 're experiencing…

Finally the problem was solved by updating the TV’s software… Thanks.
