Ubuntu Plex Server doesn't see latest updates

I recently rebuilt my media server and installed Plex Media Server and I bought the lifetime Plex Pass to enable GPU transcoding. Everything is working fine, I just have a question about updates.

Plex notifies me that there is an update available, but when I check apt, there are no updates.
Is this normal?

Created the repos and installed via apt
deb https://downloads.plex.tv/repo/deb public main

Ubuntu 22.04 LTS x86_64 5.15.0-27-generic
Current Plex Server Version#:1.25.9.5721
Update Notice Version# 1.26.0.5715
Website Download Version# 1.26.1.5772

I think I am good, redid my repos and it is updating.
