UK Freeview HD Recording Audio Playback Issue

Im getting a sound playback issue with UK Freeview HD Recordings on PMP 1.32 (tried embedded on a Pi3 and MacOS) with Server 1.7.2 on Ubuntu 16.04 x64. Im not sure if I should post this in DVR or PMP but PMP (log attached) seems to see the AAC_LATM as PCM and just produces white noise, the web interface, the old Samsung TV app sees it as AAC_LATM and transcodes it to standard AAC without a problem.

In addition VLC can’t play the audio and says unknown codec.

I’ve run FFProbe, Mediainfo and Mkvinfo on the file and only FFProbe shows the audio correctly as AAC_LATM, I’ve attached the output.

Yeah LATM is what OTA uses in the UK… I’ll ask some of the PMP guys if they’re around this weekend, but PMS thinks PMP supports it and I know folks have played UK recordings in PMP, but maybe your area audio is slightly different than others… We’ll investigate. Thanks for all the info!
