I have another Plex account that is my main account. I have been having some issues today and came to ask some questions on the forums but I am not able to do anything in the Plex forums on that account. This usually only happens when the account has been misused for spamming, or other highly objectionable activities.

Is it possible your old plex credentials got into the wrong hands?
The ban has been lifted now.
I’d change the account password at minimum.

HOORAY! It’s been fixed. Not sure why it was banned, but that doesn’t matter as long as it works now.
