When I log in, I get:
An account could not be registered with the email address [redacted] . Please contact the site’s administrator.
And I can’t get technical support without logging unto the forums. So I had to sign up for a temporary user just to write this. Please fix this.
Are you signed into your managed account in the web browser app ( app.plex.tv or via IP) when trying to sign into forums?
Looks like there was an old forum account with your account email from before we switched forum software. There may have been a glitch when we did migration to new forum software a few years back. I deleted that old forum account incase it was causing a conflict
