Unable to access plex server on local network

I was away from home for a week and came back to find none of my devices are able to connect to my media server. Interestingly I found that when I turn on my VPN I’m able to access my server through an instance of the web app running on my server/PC (which is rather useless), but otherwise its no bueno.

From a computer not hosting plex can you access http://192.168.1.109:32400/web This PC needs to be on your local network ?

Can do, but my PS5 is the main device I use for Plex and I believe it doesn’t have a web browser

We just need any device for troubleshooting purposes.
