I can’t access my server via app.plex.tv even when I am on the same local network as the server, even though I can access plex via my phone or the windows app on the same network. Direct connect via the ip address:32400/web also works fine.
I use the web app with a second account so I can troubleshoot for my family (see what a regular user sees on the screen etc), so I’d like to get this working again if possible. Not even sure what logs would be useful, but I’d be happy to provide any.
My guess is that this might be DNS related because direct connection works, but I’m not entirely sure.
