Unable to access Plex server

I am using Plex Media Server on my thumb drive connected to NVIDIA shield, which I am able to access Plex media via NVIDIA shield. However, I am not able to connect to the server via Plex windows web app, with the msg ‘app.plex.tv is unable to connect to “SHIELD Android TV” securely’ & ‘You do not have permission to access this server’. I’ve tried looking at the solutions but nothing explains how do I resolve this via server on the thumb drive. I tried to ‘claim Plex server’ code, but the settings in Plex windows web app doesn’t show me anywhere to ‘claim server’.

ANY HELP PLEASE!

Just FYI, for some weird unknown reason the server is now appearing in my Plex Windows App. I’ve been messing with it for 4-5 hours, but still unsure how the server has magically come back. Wished I knew what happened!
