Hello, I am a fairly new Plex server user, and I still have a lot of questions that I can not answer myself. So I ask for good understandable help from you.
The problem I still have now is that I can’t get a connection from the PC to the Plex server on the Shield TV. Not from my plex server on the PC, not via plex.tv/web and not via localhost:32400/web. I always get the message “no secure connection possible” with this setting set to preferred.
I might have to mention, by a mistake on my part (ignorance) I have two Plex Pass, or two accounts set up. One on the PC and one on the Shield. Please help, I can not get any further, greetings, daniel
Hi, isn’t anyone of you willing or able to help me? I can’ t get any further. Or is there an official PLEX-support somewhere?
