Unable to add movie clips to existing playlist

i can create a playlist with photos and video clips, and it works…

i can go back and add photos to it…

the issue is i can not go back and add addition video clips…when i select add to playlist the playlist is not listed…i can create a new playlist …but again i cannot add additional video clips to it…

appears to be client issue, i am able to edit using plex on android phone…cant from web client, or linux client
