Great question. These are not ATSC 3.0, not DRM protected, and have a matching channel in the EPG. I can tune them fine with the HDHomerun App. Please help. These are desired channels. Thank you so much.

I have the Hauppauge WINTV dual HD USB
I lost a couple of channels last week.
I bought a new Clearstream 4V outdoor antenna, and still no dice.
When I use the WinTV app, the channels are there and working.
