I have multiple music libraries, and if the artist that I search for only have albums in library #2 or #3 it fails. If it has matches in library #1 it succeeds. Weird.
I have the same problems with a new Symfonisk lamp; Sonos version 13.4.1(S2); PMS 1.25.2.5319 (Ubuntu). And I tried almost everything: relinking accounts, changing the port for remote access, NAT settings. Unfortunately I canāt make it workā¦
+1 for this problem.
Worked fine on Sonos S1 but i just replaced the last component incompatible with Sonos S2 and now i just get āUnable to browse musicā when attempting to access plex.
Using newest Plex server on Synology.
Still having the problem with PMS 1.39.1.2763-300bb607 and Sonos 13.4.1 (listed in the app, donāt know if itās the actual Sonos firmware version or the appās version number).
I have started getting this with PMS Version 1.25.2.5319 running on MAC and a Sonos One S2, media on Synology NAS
I think Plex accidentally reverted something. I now have the same issue as before (After Sonos asked me to re-link my account).
The incorrect get url with the double / is now present again (it was gone when it was functioning correctly).
EDIT: After fully removing and re-adding Plex as a Service to Sonos the issue is resolved.
Iāve done the same thing again and still nothing. Did you remove the Plex account from Sonos app (android) or am I missing something here?
Can browse but whenever I want to play something I get the message āUnable to play name of song - the connection to PLEX was lostā
SONOS S1 Version 11.3
PLEX Version 4.75.0
