Unable to change forum display name

My posts are showing up with my email address, even though my username in my preferences is set to ‘minnoce944’ without an email address. Any idea how i can fix this?

I’m having the same issue that was resolved here. My email is displaying but I would like to change that to something else. I can’t seem to find where to do that?

Step one: go to plex.tv/users/edit and change/input your Plex user name
Step two: wait a few minutes
Step three: click on this link once forums.plex.tv/sso

Done.
