Unable to claim server - 404 GET /system/agents

After hitting “GOT IT!”, after about a minute pause, I get the error “A problem has been detected with a core component of Plex Media Server.”

May I see the full ZIP log set? It’s impossible to diagnose anything from that except that it looks like either:

a) partial installation
b) Site customization file (User plex runs as) was modified / modified incorrectly.

Has the Plex configuration been customized ?
